Terms of membership

Membership in the East Fishkill Business Association runs for twelve months from the date your application is approved, and renews annually unless you tell us otherwise.

Applications are reviewed by the board. The board may decline an application, and may suspend or end a membership where a member acts against the interests of the association or its members. Dues are not refundable on suspension.

Members are responsible for the accuracy of their own directory listing. Edits are reviewed before publication. The association may decline to publish content that is misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to the member's business.

The association does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the goods and services of its members. A listing in the directory is a statement of membership, not a recommendation.

Member-to-member offers are extended by the member making them and are a matter between the two businesses concerned.
