Privacy policy

The East Fishkill Business Association collects only the information it needs to run a membership organization: the contact details you give us when you apply, when you RSVP to an event, when you subscribe to the newsletter, or when you write to the board.

We use that information to administer your membership, to publish your directory listing where you have asked us to, to run events, and to send you association news. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the association except where we are required to by law.

Your public directory listing contains only what you choose to put in it. You can edit or withdraw it at any time from the member portal, or by asking the board.

Newsletter subscriptions can be canceled from any message we send. Canceling the newsletter does not affect your membership.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it removed, write to the board through the contact page and we will deal with it.
