Dues and refunds

Dues are set annually by the membership and are payable for the twelve-month term beginning on the date an application is approved.

Nothing is charged before an application is approved. If an application is declined, no payment is taken.

Dues are non-refundable once a membership term has begun, except at the discretion of the board where a business closes or leaves the area within the first sixty days.

Event fees are refundable up to seven days before the event. Inside seven days we have usually committed the spend, so we cannot refund, though we will always try to transfer your place to someone else from your business.

Sponsorship agreements are governed by the terms of the individual agreement.
